The Yvy Dining Table is a solid wood trestle table with a grounded, architectural presence. Designed with generous proportions and a quiet sculptural form, it balances clean geometry with softened details, giving the piece a sense of weight without feeling overly heavy.
The design features a substantial rectangular top set on shaped vertical supports, connected by a low center stretcher. The base creates a strong visual rhythm while allowing the table to remain open and functional for everyday dining, gathering, and entertaining.
Made in Paraguay from solid local hardwood, Yvy is designed to highlight the strength and natural character of the material. The blackened finish gives the table a deep, understated tone while allowing the grain of the wood to remain subtly visible.
Each table is made to order in a selection of standard sizes, with final details reviewed before production. As part of our first furniture collection, Yvy reflects Under The Bough’s continued exploration of Paraguayan materials, skilled fabrication, and contemporary design rooted in place.
