Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?


We accept returns on full-price items within 15 calendar days of delivery. All sale and/or discounted items are final and do not qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose to receive a prepaid label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original form of payment. If you have any questions, or want to start a return, please email us at info@underthebough.com All international sales are final and do not qualify for return for refund.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we currrently offer flat rate worldwide shipping! Our flat rate shipping allows you to order multiple items and have them shipped to you at our predetermined rate. Flat rate shipping for Canda and Mexico is $14, all others $35 USD. Shipping fees, duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All international sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.




Can I exchange my order?


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Instead, we'd be happy to process a return for you and then you'll be able to place a new order for the product you'd prefer. Just send an email to info@underthebough.com for return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.




Shipping information


At Under The Bough, our goal is to fulfill your order with attention to detail, as quickly as we can. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation and provide a tracking number. Most shipments are handled by UPS or USPS.




What if I received a wrong or defective product?


If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'd be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@underthebough.com and send us a picture of your claim. Please note: because Under The Bough merchandise is handcrafted, there will be variations in color, texture and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects, rather, these differences are inherent and part of our item’s beauty and uniqueness.




Free domestic shipping on orders over $75


This offer applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (not available for Alaska or Hawaii). International orders do not qualify for free shipping, and are subject to additional fees. Duties and/or taxes incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
