CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Under The Bough products are made and sold in limited quantities. We do our best to display our items as accurately as possible on the site but please be note, variations in style, color, and size may occur as each item is hand-crafted. BACKORDERS
As part of our fair trade principles we allow long lead times to ensure our suppliers are not pushed beyond capacity and this can sometimes result in delays. If an item is not yet in stock, but we are anticipating further supplies we can put your items onto backorder and will ship as soon as it comes into stock.

PAYMENTS
When you make a purchase through our Site, you authorize us or our third party payment processor to charge your payment method for any such purchases (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) in connection with your purchase. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid method of payment. All prices, fees and any applicable taxes and other charges are payable at checkout. When you initiate a purchase transaction via the Site, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as your name, billing address, and credit card information. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
